That's why I created Cloudhiker – to bring that feeling back. And Web Wanderings is my way of sharing the incredible things I've been finding and what others shared. I spend a lot of time exploring the digital landscape, reviewing contributions, digging beyond the usual suspects, and I’m constantly amazed by the creativity and ingenuity out there.

That one is one of the earliest sites added to Cloudhiker and perfectly fits into what I think makes the internet a cool place to explore awesome stuff. It’s such a wonderful music experience, easy to use and can hook you up for quite a while. And, well, of course: cats!

While it’s nice to find funny stuff on the internet, there are countless helpful tools and sites out there. One of them us Untools, one of the greatest and simplest websites when it comes to explore and understand thinking systems. Pretty helpful not only for product managers and those who want to become one. 📚

Cats, part two. This time, the site will try to determine where you live based on the cat pictures you click. Well, probably fake and they use your IP for the location. But funny anyway and a great way to prank your unsuspecting aunt. “How did they find out I live in Alabama because I love ginger cats?!“ Yeah Helen. Magic! ✨

Neal is a well known dude of the internet ans has a very special place in my heart. He created dozens of unique web experiences, and the first one I would like to share with you is his Universe Forecast. A simple, yet entertaining and educating website about what’ll happen in like a thousand years to Earth, our solar system or the universe itself.

Pranks - if well executed and nobody is harmed - are one of my favourite things to do, even though I’m pretty bad at them because I can’t stay serious. Anyway, Geekprank let’s you start up a virtual Windows full of diabolical tools to scare the shit out of your coworker. Let me know how well you did!

Exploring the internet can become quite daunting. Cookie banners, huge ads, newsletter popups and all the other wicked way to squeeze all the data and money out of you. So, why not make it a fun experience by simply annoying you to hell?! 💀

Last but not least, let me introduce you to one more educational website. This time, it’s all about colors of gone times. Color Leap dives into colors and color palettes famous for a certain era of time, taken from well known and important pieces of art.
